Guildford

So, today I decided to go to Guildford. It wasn't sightseeing but rather shopping. Shopping new black tights and shirts for work and a duvet cover as well as some bath towels. Photos of these will follow ;). Gildford is a real big town with a shopping centre called the Friary Shopping Centre. There are the clothing shop Topshop, Hollister, Primark, Urban Outfiters, Republic, Accessorize, Mango, and River Island - with my absolute dream parka - in there. I purchased a soft cushion at Primark. :)For kitchen and bathroom stuff are the Sabichi and Muji quite good. That's where I bought the towels and a measuring jug. :) Next time I go there and got more money I have to absolutely go to Hollister and River Island!!! I was standing in River Island in front of that parka and a sales woman asked me 'Are you allright?' I just thought 'Nooo! I'm not! I want that freaking parka!' but answered 'Yeeeeaaahh'...
After the shopping centre I searched for a Santander Bank ... and got completly lost. Well not completly but lost. I didn't had a map and I don't have iPhone internet. Luckily I found a Starbucks. So I drank a Caramel Cream, rested and used the free WiFi to find my bearings. At that time I already shopped a LOT at Primark... So I made some screen pictures of the map on my iPhone which I already had done at home.
After a bit of straying I finally found a bank. I came to know that I couldn't pay with my basic current account at a shop. Which is quite unpractical. And in my hometown it costs 1.45 pounds to withdraw money. Everywhere racheteer. Below a few photos. :) Looking forward to tomorrow. 


Heute habe ich also beschlossen nach Guildford zu fahren. Es war keine Besichtigung sondern Shopping. Allerdings mehr nützliches Zeug wie schwarze Strumpfhosen und ein Shirt für die Arbeit und einen Bettbezug und Handtücher. Bilder dazu folgen! :)
Guildford ist eine wirklich große Stadt bin einem Einkaufszentrum namens The Friary Shopping Centre. Hier gibt es Klamottenläden wie Topshop, Hollister, Primark, Urban Outfiters, Republic, Accessorize, Mango, und River Island (in dem ich meinen absoluten Traum Parka gesehen habe!) Bei Primark habe ich ein super schönes, weiches Kissen gekauft. Für Küche und Badaccessoires sind Sabichi und Muji sehr gut. Dort hab ich die Handtücher und einen Messbecher gekauft. :) Nächstes Mal, wenn ich nach Guildford fahre und mehr Geld habe muss ich unbedingt in den Hollister und River Island!! Ich stand in dem River Island vor dem Parka und eine Verkäuferin kam her und meinte: "Alles in Ordnung?" Ich dachte nur: "Nein verdammt! Ich will diesen Parka!" hab aber mit "Yeeeaaaah" geantwortet. 
Nachdem Einkaufszentrum habe ich mich auf die Suche nach einer Santander Bank gemacht und mich erstmal verirrt. Nicht komplett, aber ich hatte erstmal keinen Peil wohin. Dann hab ich einen Starbucks entdeckt und mir erstmal Caramel Cream gegönnt. Nachdem ich mich ein bisschen entspannt hatte und durch das freie WiFi Google Maps gecheckt hatte, hab ich ein paar Bildschirmfotos von der Karte gemacht. Das habe ich zwar eigentlich schon daheim gemacht, kam aber trotzdem nicht klar. :D Wollte aber vor allem nicht blöd in der Gegend rumstehen. Und zu dem Zeitpunkt musste ich schon eine riesige Primark Tüte mit mir rumschleppen.
Nachdem ich dann wieder ein bisschen herum geirrt bin habe ich dann endlich eine Bank gefunden. Hier habe ich dann erstmal herausgefunden, dass ich mit meinem Basic Current Account in keinem Laden mit Karte zahlen konnte. Bingo. Ist natürlich nicht so praktisch. Im Ort kann ich zwar Geld abheben, kostet aber 1,45 Pound Gebühren. Alles Halsabschneider...
