The day already started bad. Woke up early because of the barking dog, missed the first bus and on the kitchen table is a dark stain from the Christmas biscuits. No idea how I can make it disappear. I catched the next bus. At the station the ticket machine didn't take cards or big notes. Ok, to th next shop. The 'friendly' lady explained to me that she can't just change my note, I had to buy something first. Alright. Snickers on the counter and payed. Pity that I didn't had a 200 note with me. This time I could buy a train ticket. Now I had to wait for the train. The new labello was of course at home. Oh perfect day.
The train journey was nice, had to get used to the underground system... but sometimes it's good to take the underground in the wrong direction. This way I didn't have to search long for the museums. ;) Was quite some time in the Museum of Natural History. No fees and on my next London trip I'll have a look into the other museums. Maybe Sciene Museum. 
Later I went to the Winter Wonderland which reminded me a bit of the German Oktoberfest and Frühlingsfest. There are also quite a lot German fairy rides and stalls. Even so I just bought a crêpe because the Pretzel was for 3,50 pounds a little bit too expensive. Afterwards was not much time left for shopping.... short trip to Carnaby street but no time for Harrods. :( Quick stopp at  Chinatown and then back to the station and home.

 

Der Tag hat mal wieder super angefangen. Vom ewig bellenden Hund wurde ich geweckt, dann natürlich den ersten Bus verpasst. Vom Plätzchen backen ist ein dunkler Fettfleck auf dem Tisch zurückgeblieben und ich habe keine Ahnung, wie ich den wieder herausbekommen soll. Den nächsten Bus habe ich dann glücklicherweise erwischt. Am Bahnhof hat dann die Ticketmaschine erstmal keine großen Scheine angenommen und dann wie durch Zufall keine Bankkarte. Also auf zum nächsten Shop, da wollte mir die 'freundliche' Verkäuferin den Schein natürlich nur wechseln, wenn ich etwas kaufe. Bitch. Snickers auf den Tresen geklatscht und bezahlt. Schade dass ich keinen 200er dabei hatte. Diesmal konnte ich eine Fahrkarte kaufen. Jetzt wird erstmal auf den Zug gewartet. Meinen neuen Labello habe ich natürlich auch daheim vergessen.


Die Zugfahrt war angenehm, an das U-Bahn System musste ich mich erst wieder hineinfinden, aber es macht nix, wenn man mal in die falsche Richtung fährt, so habe ich dann wenigstens das Museum ohne Karte gefunden. ;)
Im Museum of Natural History war ich dann auch für längere Zeit, der Eintritt ist übrigens frei und das nächste Mal kommt ein anderes Museum vielleicht das Science Museum dran.
Später ging es zum Winter Wonderland das mich ein bisschen an das Oktoberfest oder das Frühlingsfest erinnert hat... genügend deutsche Fahrgeschäfte und Buden waren auf jeden Fall vorhanden. ;) Für mich gabs dann aber doch einen Crêpe, da mir eine Breze für £3,50 leicht zu teuer war.
Danach blieb gar nicht mehr soo viel Zeit fürs Shopping, die Carnaby Street wurde aber trotz allem besichtigt, das Harrods habe ich aber leider einfach nicht mehr geschafft :(
Kurz in Chinatown vorbeigeschaut und dann zurück zur Station - ab nach Hause.
